We’ve Fixed Our Software Issues and Made It Easy to Book an Appointment Online

The Beauty Collective would like to sincerely thank you, our lovely customers, for your patience recently. We totally understand how frustrating it is when you want to schedule an appointment online, but the website won’t let you. In our case, we have had problems with our scheduling software because the cookies download wasn’t working as it should have been. We also learned that the best way to book online with Vagaro is through Google Crome or Mozilla Firefox search engine.

We just wanted to share the great news with you! We figured it out, we’ve resolved these scheduling issues once and for all, and now you can book yourself at any time with no issues! In addition, we have our very own The Beauty Collective app. (Launching by the beginning of November). Not only can you book an appointment with ease, but you can do so from your smartphone at a time that suits you.

The Perfect Time to Book a Treatment

If you tried before and couldn’t book, please don’t be put off. You may or may not know I am the sole owner of The Beauty Collective. I received all your texts and voicemails, and I felt your pain. That’s why I decided to upgrade the system and update the software. However, I do struggle to reply to all your messages because, just like my team, I’m busy doing what I do best: working on clients to fulfill their wishes to the very best of my ability.

Please schedule an appointment online now that my software program has been fixed. When you click on Book Now, you will see a full list of the treatments we offer. Find the treatment you want and click on Book. You will see how long your appointment is and the cost, and then a dropdown box for you to chose which technician you would like to perform your treatment. Click Continue, then Confirm and Continue. You will then see the calendar and times at which appointments are available.

This page is updated in real time, so when a client books an appointment, the time slot will no longer be available. Although there is nothing I can do, I really hope you will find something else that suits you.

Soon you will be able to book an appointment at The Beauty Collective via an App!

I am really excited to share with you that The Beauty Collective soon will have its very own app. If you’ve have an Apple device, you can download the app from the App Store, and if you use Android, you can download the app from Google Play.

You can use the app to view and book available appointments, as well as other things. For example, you can read a bit more about my wonderful and talented members of staff.
