Beauty Rule, formerly known as The Beauty Collective, is located in the Pearl District and now also in the heart of the Hollywood District in Portland. Our Pearl (Northwest) location boasts six beautiful treatment rooms and a large guest area. Our Hollywood (Northeast) location has 5 treatment rooms, with a mini facial bar and academy for teaching students. We always clean and sanitize between each service.
