If you need help deciding on services, or would prefer to book your appointment by phone, please call or text us (we love texts!) at (503) 437-3611. If you book your appointment through our online booking system and cancel the appointment you WILL NOT be refunded on your credit card. We will happily reschedule your appointment, but your credit card will not be refunded. Please see our Cancellation and No Show Policy, below, for more information.
Online Booking/ Reservations
If you book your appointment with our online booking system and cancel the appointment you WILL NOT be refunded on your credit card. Refunds are not available for those utilizing the online booking system. We will happily reschedule your appointment, but your credit card will not be refunded. All of the above cancellation policies are applicable.
If you’re a new client, please arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled time. This allows you to fill out the necessary paperwork before your Beauty Collective Esthetician sees you. If you’re an existing client, please arrive at least 5 minutes before your appointment. Please note that everyone is allotted a specific amount for their service (most services are 60-90 minutes). If you will be arriving late, please notify us as soon as possible. Arriving late will cut into your scheduled service time, as we must complete your service by the designated end-time in order to accommodate the next client.
Cancellation and “No Show” Policy
If you need to reschedule an existing eyelash extension, skin, and or waxing appointment, The Beauty Collective requires a phone call or text message at least 24 hours before the appointment time. Failure to cancel 24 hours before the appointment time will result in a cancellation fee equal to one-half (50%) of the full price of the booked service. No-show or same day cancellations will result in a cancellation fee equal to the full price (100%) of the booked service.
